About me

Hi, I’m Haleh—a seasoned healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience transforming organizations across both private and public sectors.

Over my journey, I’ve learned that real change starts with strong teams, authentic partnerships, and a relentless commitment to radical candor. Whether merging national laboratory operations, executing multi-million-dollar M&A deals, or driving capital projects, I’ve built my career on uncovering unlikely synergies, streamlining processes, and forging high-performance teams where accountability and growth are paramount.

I blend strategic vision with unwavering integrity and a no-nonsense approach, and I’m excited to share the insights I’ve gathered to help make high-quality healthcare a shared reality.

My mission

To empower leaders to show up with courage, clarity, and authenticity—and help organizations unlock their full potential through strategic focus, operational rigor, and human-centered leadership.

I believe excellence and empathy are not opposites, but powerful allies in transformation. My mission is to build environments where growth is expected, dysfunction is addressed head-on, and every challenge becomes an opportunity to lead with greater alignment and impact.

My Values

Growth starts with honesty — about yourself, your team, and the systems you’re part of. I speak the truth—even when it’s hard—and teach others to do the same. With courage and compassion, I help people face what’s real, hold high standards, and grow through discomfort, not around it.
Care and high standards aren’t opposites. Caring deeply doesn’t mean lowering the bar. I lead with care, but I don’t coddle. People thrive when they’re seen, respected, and challenged to meet their full potential—with no judgment, just truth and trust. This helps people rise, not let them hide.
Leadership means stepping into uncertainty with your full self. I stand for courage, not performative perfection—and help others do the same.
Great leadership is both principled and human. I build strong structures, grounded in trust and integrity, where spinelessness has no place.
You won’t find performative empathy or virtue signaling in my work. I don’t dance around dysfunction—I name it and fix it. I meet people where they are—with radical acceptance and zero tolerance for B.S. This helps teams and organizations operate with clarity, integrity, and strategic rigor.
